All-Southwest District DI Honorable Mention

The Ohio Prep Sportswriters Association announced the All-Southwest District boys basketball teams on March 5.

Among those earning All-Southwest District Division I honors were Western Brown senior Abe Crall and junior Jet Jamison. Both were named All-Southwest District DI honorable mentions.

Crall led the Broncos in scoring this winter, averaging 12.6 points per game. Crall also averaged 8.5 rebounds and 2.3 assists per contest.

Jamison was the Broncos’ second leading scorer with an average of 12.2 points per game. He also dished out 3.1 steals per game.

Named to the list of All-Southwest District Division III honorable mentions were Georgetown juniors Austin Miles and Aiden Werner. Werner averaged 10.6 points per game and 7.1 rebounds per contest.

Miles averaged 15.3 points per game as the G-Men’s leading scorer for the season.

Fayetteville-Perry’s senior guard, Caleb Tipis, was named an All-Southwest District Division IV Honorable Mention. Tipis averaged 9.8 points per game and 3.3 assists per game this winter.
